RECRUITMENT OF ENGINEERS AND MANAGEMENT STAFF:
ADS has a team of recruiters dedicated to the recruitment of Engineers, Admin, and HR category candidates. ADS has a large database for engineers and also maintains links with 90% of candidates deployed by us. A very high percentage of our selection takes place through our network. ADS also uses job portals to procure suitable candidates.
RECRUITMENT OF SKILLED & UN SKILLED WORKERS:
ADS has the ability to recruit the most skilled & unskilled candidates. Our recruiting process ensures quality by shortlisting only those candidates who pass in pre-screen trade test conducted by our engineers. We have 8 sourcing centers in India. This allows us to deal with the workers directly and through sub-agents. However, we prefer to deal directly with workers to help us eliminate exploitation and gather quality workers.
